Verification of integrated environmental authorizations and environmental licenses

Some regional legislation on pollution prevention and environmental quality establishes the obligation for the owner of a facility with an integrated environmental authorization or environmental license to present a certificate and report issued by a collaborating entity in environmental quality matters, accrediting compliance with the conditions established in the integrated environmental authorization or environmental license.
