OCA Global Chile's Industry & NDT Division has been awarded the contract for the generation of ultra-pipe inspection schemes for ENAP Refinerías' Bío Bío Refinery.
The contract consists of developing a specialized service with a work team focused on the oil business, which generates reliable products in a timely manner and adds value to the project.
A service will be provided with a scope that allows contributing to the operation of plants and facilities, inspecting, evaluating and monitoring equipment and pipeline circuits through the implementation of ultrapipe software in ERBB facilities.
These inspection, evaluation and monitoring activities are intended to avoid equipment and process circuit failures caused mainly by corrosion/erosion or other similar damage mechanisms, to increase availability and reliability at ERBB facilities and to avoid unscheduled shutdowns.
