Customer service, control and regularization for the natural gas distributor Ecogas.

OCA Global Mexico won a new contract with Ecogas. We carried out 1,500 inspections of domestic meters and 1,500 changes of domestic meters in a period of 3 months, thus supporting the renewal campaign. With this, we contributed to Ecogas in providing customer service, control and regularization of customers, located in Chihuahua, Chihuahua.
The quality control, technical assistance and training division will continue to strengthen alliances with new companies to offer quality services and guarantee that the processes and projects meet the client's needs.
