OCA Global Mexico is awarded contract with Naturgy for technical assistance to customers in gas supply

The Quality Control, Technical Assistance and Training division of OCA Global Mexico was awarded a new contract with Naturgy for a three-year period, providing technical customer services for the supply of natural gas in Mexico City.
The execution of operations began in June 2022, where a group of field experts carried out activities such as cut-off, shut-off, meter replacement, checks, tightness tests and reconnections.
Currently, a technical team in the field performs these services, with a projected growth of the workforce in the short term, increasing operations.
With this contract, the company reaffirms its working relationship with Naturgy, adding one more project to improve the service received by users.
